Thank you for the heads up on the article and I will try to get this article updated. But on to your issue. With the out of Sync audio and video you can try to go into the settings and go to advance settings. From there you can try to disable the setting called Time Shift buffer. If you disable this setting and than disconnect and reconnect from that Slingbox you should be able to get the audio and video resynced.
