I hook up everything on a different cable box and TV and I did change my internet provider.
My problems now is the power light and network lights are on but when I try to connect with the slingbox I get a message that it does'nt see it so contact your network or your firewal so I'm not sure what to do here ?

No need to reset, just go to Settings and Configure Input

Thanks for asking! To reset the Slingbox, you would need to hold the reset button on the back of the box until the lights flash rapidly on the front. After that, you would need to continue to setup.slingbox.com to configure the Slingbox.
