Threads Being Deleted re Freeview Tuning Problems

    marlbrook Newbie

In the past 24 hours threads about the Freeview tuning issue from concerned customers have been deleted from this Forum.

I have copies of ALL the deleted threads. None of them were offensive in any way. They rightly added their opinion that

this issue should no longer be ignored and a fix found.

This matter has been on-going for 2 years, and despite answering other concerns Sling moderators had NEVER acknowledged

the many threads asking for help and a fix until one appeared a few weeks ago, no doubt as a result of the multitude of complaints

      that we were being ignored.

The ONLY saving grace has been that until now Sling Moderators have allowed customers to have their say about this sorry state of affairs.

THE ACT OF DELETING THREADS THAT SUPPORT PUSHING THE COMPANY TO PUT THIS MATTER RIGHT IS OUTRAGEOUS.

Moderators please take note, you will FORCE customers to start publicising this all over the Web if you continue, and that will really hurt sales.

The simple and proper answer is to provide a solution.

Someone from Sling replied about the removal of these  posts on another thread. The reply is rather ambiguous, but seems to imply the posts did not comply with the Forum rules.

Make up your own mind, you can read them in the attached file.

Personally I believe none were rude or offensive, or in any way could their removal be justified, other that a wish to cover up the fact that even

more UK customers are complaining about the lack of interest and action to fix the Freeview issue.
