    Trouble connecting SlingBox solo to Xfinity Gateway router Model TG862G/CT


      I have recently changed routers to the Xfinity Gateway model TG862G/CT and can not get my Sling Box solo to connect.  It shows in the directory but keeps saying there was an error when i go to watch.  All the lights are on both the sling box and wireless bridges.  It also shows up in the Comcast admin as a connected device but alwasy says its offline.  I have enabled port forwarding as some have suggested.  Would apprecite any additional guidance.
