To help us better troubleshoot the issue you are experiencing with the SlingPlayer plugin - please provide the Operating System (Mac OS X 10.#, Windows 7, etc.) and browser version (Chrome 29, Firefox 24, etc.) you are currently running.

Thanks so much for a prompt reply. I talked to the tech folks at sling box and my xp operating system has worked fine for five years but I was told I had to upgrade to windows 7 or 8. because Xp is no longer supported. I'll have my tech guy upgrade next week. Meanwhile I'll just watch football this weekend on the iPad.
