lAST jULY 29, 2013, MY NEW sLINGBOX 350 SUDDENLY QUIT WORKING. When I I got home in early October, I could find nothing to fix the problem getting a message that the program could not connect to the slingbox. About this time, I had to get a new router. I have configured the router for port forwarding and still cannot connect. I verified the cable to the reouter id ok by plugging my computer into it and all is okk. I did notice that the two lights (power and connection) are ON, but the connection light stays on even if I unplug the cable. This cannot be right. So, I think I have a bad box. Any help would be appreciated. This is a Netgear router.
