    Why am I getting no connection?


      I have had my Slingbox for 3 years. It has worked fine up until a few weeks ago. I have reset it multiple times, tried unplugging it and replugging it back in, etc. The weird thing is that internet viewing works perfectly fine when at home, but not when I am at the location away from home where I wish to access the Slingbox. I get the "still trying to connect" then "there was a problem communicating with the Slingbox, please try again." I have a very strong internet connection where I am trying to access internet viewing away from home. The internet also works fine at home, so I'm struggling to find a reason why I am still unable to connect. I am very frustrated and would like some help.
