Today I bought my 3rd Slingbox solo. I also have one Pro-HD.
All of my slingboxes has had the same problem with the power supply. The plug into the box is not tight enough so the power goes on and off.
It has now been 2 years since I bought my first ones. Today when I decided to buy another one I definetly thought that this problem was solved. But NO!
The new box has the exact same problem with an untight connector.
Last time I got new power adapters sent to me. What to do now? Why can't you change the power adapters to a better model?
Anyone else with same problem? I've seen a lot of discussions about power problems but not exactly this one.
You mentioned that you previously had replacement power supplies sent to you; did this resolve the issue? If so, and if your Slingbox is within warranty, please feel free to contact us for a replacement!
