Thank you for posting! This could be due to an out of date SlingPlayer application. I would recommend uninstalling the application and reinstalling it to see if this helps.
I also see that you are running iOS 6.1.3. Apple has released iOS 7, I would also recommend updating your iOS to see if this helps resolve the issue.
