I continue to have problems connecting to my slingbox when on an airplane. I have a wifi connection but it won't initialize and connect? Seems to work fine when I am on the ground. Any thought?
Hmm... do you know your network speed when this issue occurs (if you're on mobile device, you can check it with a free Speedtest application)? Make sure you're meeting our minimum requirements!
