When I go through the slingbox.com/getstarted steps, it detects my Slingbox just fine and I even see the cable feed running in a box on the right. It then tries to find my location but just hangs (I've tried 3 browsers and waited 10 minutes).
I click stop on the browser and am able to manually choose USA, then enter my Oregon zip code. I click Next and it continues to hang when trying to gather a list of providers (again, tried 3 browsers and waited 10 minutes).
I click stop again, but it has now changed to a California zip code that I did not enter and has no options to select for provider. Because there are no options to select, Next is greyed out and I can not continue.
This is very frustrating and I can not find any information on the support site or anywhere else on the internet regarding this issue. I tried restarting my computer, router, slingbox, and multiple browsers.
