Thank you for asking! Internet Explorer often hangs around in the background when closing it down. I would recommend opening your Task Manager and closing any "iexplorer.exe," there may be a few and you would need to close them down. Do not close "explorer.exe" because this is your shortcut icons, and start bar.

If this does not help, I would recommend deleteing the WebSlingPlayer for ActiveX from your computer. This would be found in your Program and Features in your control panel.
