Hi, thanks for the reply. It's a slingbox solo. I have completed all the set up requirements except it doesn't seem to complete the Internet viewing section of the process. However, I have true to view my slingbox from my iPad app and this seems to work fine, even over a different wifi network to my own. My worry is that there is an issue I'm avoiding by not completing the set up properly and this will surface itself whilst I am away and can't correct it.

When you have a chance can you verify how many "dots" you are getting on your current iPad connection?
