There are a couple possibilities, but that typically occurs when either there is a browser compatibility issue or the setting of the browser is incorrect (32 vs. 64 bit)

The story talks about watching on Slingbox.com and that works fine for me. It is the standalone Slingplayer that is not working and doing half of the screen. I'm using a 64-bit machine and it has worked fine for three plus years but now just shows the bottom half of the screen.
Any more ideas?
Thanks for posting to our Forums! If you are using the desk Top application, you may want to try and do is uninstall and reinstall the application to your computer. To uninstall the application you will need to go into add/remove applications on your computer and uninstall.
