Thanks for posting to our Forums! I do see here that you are getting disconnected from the Slingbox SOLO and receiving a error code of W211
In this situation, I would first try is to make sure your connections on the Slingbox and router are good and tight. Next I would do a complete factory reset to the Slingbox, then complete setup on Setup.Slingbox.com
