    Not seeing full picture

      When I try to watch my Slingbox Pro on my computer I am only seeing the bottom half of the oicture.  I am not sure if this is a Slingbox issue or a cable box issue.  I have resert both boxes & nothing changed regarding the picture.  I have tried changing all the Zooms & Display Modes but it just stays the same.

          Hello sxmqueen,

           

          Thanks for posting in the Slingbox answers forum! I'm sorry to hear you are not able to view the full image when connecting to your Slingbox PRO on your computer.

           

          I have seen in most cases that this is a computer issue. If you tried connecting from a different computer, I am sure it would work fine. When an issue like this happens, it usually means you need to update the NVIDIA Driver in your PC.
