Thank you for posting in the forums! I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble logging into you Sling Account.
If you go to the Sling Accounts section of Slingbox.com, you will need to log out if you are already logged in. After you are logged out, it will ask you to login with your email and password. Below is a field where you type your email only. It says "Forgot password? Reset".
All you need to do is type in your email and it will send you a verification code to your email and will provide you with the information needed to reset your password.
