    iPad Mini Can't Connect To Slingbox ProHD

      I have no problem connecting to my Slingbox Pro HD via any PC (from home network or away) and watching, and I am able to connect and watch Slingbox via my iPad Mini from my home network. However, when I take my iPad Mini to another wifi network it tells me that it cannot connect and that I should "Set Up Internet Viewing" and configure my router.

       

      I am sure that my Slingbox is configured for internet viewing already, but that the problem must be with either my iPad or the wifi network.

       

      Does anyone have anything that I could try? Thanks!

          Thank you for posting in the Slingbox Answers Forums! I apologize for the inconvenience of not being able to connect to your Slingbox PRO-HD via iPad Mini, from a remote location.

           

          Have you tried connecting from more than one remote location? Also, could you go to speedtest.net and tell us the results of your upload and download speed at the location of the Slingbox?
