      New version for iPad is bad news now way to report problems

      running on latest OS

      Keep getting error messages about Airplay

      Audio stops have pause and start again to fix

      Video starts and stops frequently

      Video format seems to be hit or miss in auto

      help menu is a white screen

      chat does not work from China

      need to use VPN

      then it close all i want to do is post feedback on new release for iPad

      very poor support ………

          I would like to apologize for all issue you are having at this time with our support system and with the Ipad with the newest version of application streaming over Airplay


          Based on the your post, my understanding of the issue at hand is, you're having issues playing video over Airplay with the Ipad.  I found an article that may assist you in getting the Slingbox up and running.
