Thanks for posting in the forums! I'm sorry to hear you are unable to complete the setup because the page is frozen.
Could you tell me if you are running the setup on the Desktop SlingPlayer, or on Setup.slingbox.com? If you are trying to do setup on setup.slingbox.com, what page is it freezing at? If so, does closing out of the browser and going back to the setup change anything?
