Thank you for using the answers forums! I'm sorry to hear you are unable to connect to your Slingbox. When you get a message stating that your Slingbox is unconfigured, it means you need to go through the online setup again.
The go through the online setup, you will need to do this at the location of the Slingbox. You will need to go to newwatch.slingbox.com and choose your Slingbox from the directory. It will have a yellow light indicating that it is unconfigured. If you click on this, it will start the online setup.
