Thanks for posting in the forums! I'm sorry to hear you are unable to keep your inputs configured. Could you please go to setup.slingbox.com, click on configure inputs, and verify that the input you need is configured? If it is not, try configuring from there and see if it sticks.
If it is showing that there is an input configured in setup.slingbox.com, it may be an issue with the application on your phone. You can try uninstalling and reinstalling the application, if that is the case.
