Thanks for posting in the forums! I understand you have a solid power and network light, however the streaming light on your Slingbox stays on even when you are not connected to the Slingbox.
Just to get a clear understanding of the situation, are you able to connect to the Slingbox? Also, is it giving you a message stating that "another authorized user is viewing your Slingbox" when you do try to connect?
