Thank you for posting in the forums! I'm sorry to hear you are unable to connect to your Slingbox on via Mac OS X 10.9 Beta. Unfortunately, we do not support beta releases of operating system. You could try a different browser, but it will most likely will not work.
Below is a link to an article that expalins what browsers and systems are supported in Watch on Slingbox.com:
Mac OS X 10.9 is not listed in this article because it has not yet been released, you are currently using a beta release.
Hope this helps!

Changing to 6.1 under UserAgent doesnt work for me either.
once its chagned, i can go back in the menu, and it still says 6.1, but as soon as i click the "Watch" button, it gives me the error that my browser/OS is not supported, i go back to the menu and its back to "Defualt"
Please get this working with 10.9
So is any one at slignbox ever going to reply to this or are you going to continue the excellet customer service by just ignoring it. It is clearly a setting you have in the plug in that prevents it from working as I can hack it and it works just fine.
At least you could comment on this to say we don't support beta but I get the impression you don't care about exsisting customers. I gave up plans to update mine because you don't resopnd.
Thank you for posting on the Sling Answers Forum.
In regards to Watch on slingbox.com compatibility with Mac OS X 10.9 'Mavericks' - please refer to this help article: http://support.slingbox.com/get/KB-1000384.html. If these changes described do not help, there may be an issue unique to your system settings and/or configuration.
I am happy to help each of you further on an individual basis.

That "help article" is no help at all since it already comes configured as is recommended in the so-called help article. After downloading the plugin for OS X 188.8.131.524 dmg and clicking on the downloaded file I am getting a message saying that the following disk images couldn't be opened and the Reason given is "invalid checksum".
I have no idea what this means. Can you offer useful help as opposed to completely useless?
