    Pixelated Video and Choppy Video and Sound

      Hi.  I'm watching my Slingbox Pro HD inside my home on my home PC.  I'm getting over 8,000 kbps but video is badly pixelated and sound is choppy.  I have the Slingbox connected to my network over a home plug (AC wiring) device, which appears to be working fine (has no problem streaming HD content from my NAS to my Patriot Box/TV).  I have the Slingbox connected to my cable box (AT&T U-verse, 2-Wire 3800) with component cables and standard RCA cables for the audio.

       

      Can you help me improve my picture and sound?

          Thanks for posting in the answers forums! I'm sorry to hear you are getting poor video quality when connecting to your Slingbox PRO-HD on your PC. Have your tried connecting to your Slingbox on any other devices to see if the issue happens when connecting from any device? As it may be only related to the PC you are using.

           

          Also, could you try changing the quality of the video to see if the issue persists when using any quality?
