Are you aware of what the download speed is on the network you are on? Also what model Slingbox do you have and have you attempted to connect using another device. Hello thank you for your reply. I have the sling box HD PRO and I have tried it on my laptop and it works fine. Also I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and no changes. Can you tell me what speed should I have in HQ mode and what is the speed in SQ mode? to use on the sling player app. I notice the speed doesn't change in 3G or wifi mode the speed is the same for any of these. Do you think the app needs an update? Thank you.
