The administrator password issue you seem to be having is something we've seen before, and I apologize that your experiencing it too. You've already taken the right steps to fixing it by resetting the Slingbox and going through setup again. One other thing we have noticed is that some systems that could be installed on your computer may affect the Slingbox and cause that error to keep coming back up even after you've reset the device.
