Hi thank you for commenting and joining the Slingbox Answers Forums!!!!!. If I have a good understanding of the situation it does seem that the picture and voice are out of sync. This may be due to Hardware Acceleration either being enabled or disabled through settings on watch.slingbox.com The following link will describe how to correct this issue:

Thank you for your help. I did all of your suggestions except switching from 64 to 32 bit. This is a company laptop and not permitted.
It seems to be working now. I reset the box and no help. So I uninstalled and reinstalled the player and that seems to have fixed it....I hope!!

I was wrong and I still have the same problem. I did your suggestions but can't change to 32 bit on a company laptop. As I stated the iPad and iPhone apps for Slingbox are fine but I want the laptop to be right also. Suggestions?? I am running Windows 8.
Remember this device worked perfectly also until very recently.
