Thank you for posting this to the answers forum! I'm sorry to hear your bit rate is frequently dropping. I understand you tested your network speed and you are getting 45 Mbps for download speed and 5 Mbps for upload. Is this the network bandwidth at the location of the Slingbox; or the network you are connecting from? It is best to test both ends. Also, how is the Slingbox connected to your router? Ex: Hardwired via Ethernet, Sling Links, Wireless bridge, etc..
