Thank you for posting on the answer forum. I am sorry that you are having problems with the iPad and I would like to be of some help. Does it give you an error or does it just state that it is disconnected? When you stream from your computer do you run into any issues at all or does it always stream with no problems? What IOS are you running on your iPad? What version of the Slingplayer are you running? I have a few things you can try and I will post links to the steps I would like you to try below.

I am having similar issues. I have a brand new 4th Generation iPad with Retina. I recently purchased the Slingbox app and can't get a constant connection. I get about 6 seconds of video....then it pauses and spins. It does that indefinitely. On the same Wifi netowrk, I can get great uninterrupted picture quality on my Laptop so the issue is not the network. I have 24 mbps download and and 5.2 upload. When I go to aspect, there are 5 green dots. Everything else works just fine on my iPad so the issue is with the app.
Any solutions for me?
