Thank you for posting your issue in the answers forum! I'm sorry to hear you are having issues when trying to use the Auto quality. I am not aware of any updates that have been sent out. Does SQ and HQ quality work for you? Also, as a first troubleshooting step, I would recommend hard resetting the Slingbox to factory settings, then going through the online setup at setup.slingbox.com.
