Thank you for posting your issue in our online answers forum! I'm sorry to hear that you can get audio but no video when connecting to your Slingbox, after it was updated. Being that there was an update to your Slingbox, the inputs may have been reset. I would recommend going to setup.slingbox.com, and clicking on configure inputs. Check what type of cables you have connected for video, from your cable box to the Slingbox, then select that video input. The video signal should come through, as long as the cable box is power on.
