          Hello mawingho,

Thank you for using our answers forum! I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with you windows 64-bit PC. To answer your question, 64-bit computers are supported, however, a 64-bit browser is not. The plug-in should work as long as the browser is 32-bit. We have noticed that Internet Explorer does have a lot of issues with Internet Explorer. I would recommend using Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox.

          Hope this helps!

          Cheers,

I have also try Chrome too, but that does not work.

The Chorme does not have any 32-bit for you to choose from when you install it.

If your window running 64 bit, it automatically download and run 64 bit

And the plug-in still shows nothing.

I brought the slingbox HD to make it work, if your team cannot make every brower supported the box,

what is the meaning of it?

Most people runs a 64 bit window...

By the way, you keep asking people to use 32-bit brower at Window running 64 bit.

But where is the step-by-Step installation guide?

I have no idea how and where to download and installed the IE/Firefox/Chrome 32bits at my 64 window

if you are not teaching us at your forum, how on earth do i know how to do it

                  This is ridculous!
