That is a very good question and I am sorry that you are having this problem. What I would suggest is uninstalling and reinstalling that app to see if that corrects the issue. I will post a link below that should help you out with doing this.

l have been having the same problem with my Pivos media player ( ice cream sanwitch 4.0 ) I've tried reset, reboot and reinstall, with no luck.
I evan tried a new media player and slingbox. I bought my slingbox back in Dec. and worked flawlessly for almost three months.
The only thing I get now is a message, "make sure your slingbox and phone are connected to the internet".
