    Error message - Slingbox not saved to your account


      After successfully setting up my new 350, I had to reset it.  When attempting to go through the automatic set up process, I received an error message "The slingbox is not saved to your account.  If you are not the owner, please contact the owner to gain access".  It additionally asked me to reset the 350.  I did this and received the exact same message.  I repeated this a number of times with the same result.


      I called tech support. The guy told me the problem is Windows Vista, which Slingbox no longer supports.  This seems odd, especially since the box the unit comes in specifically states Windows Vista or later under Operating Systems.


      Has anyone had similiar problems and found a solution.  If not, the unit will be returned for my money back this weekend.
