I have a new Pro-HD. I am trying to configure it. However, when I go to connect I get a message saying there is a problem connecting to the slingbox. I have tried several times and am stuck in this loop. I tried a hard reset and that did not work. I tried disconnecting the slingbox and then plugging it back in. I don't believe there is anything wrong with the router as the AV I am replacing with the Pro HD was working yesterday.
Is there something else I can do or something I can check either on the router or the slingbox. All the lights on the slingbox are on (power, network and logo). Thanks for any help anyone can provide
