Thanks for using our answers forum! If you aren't able to complete the update and you are connected via WiFi, you may want to try hardwiring the Slingbox and going to Slingbox.com to install the update. If the issue persists beyond that, I would recommend performing a hard reset on the Slingbox and when it reboots it should complete the update. I do apologize about any inconvenience.

AT LEAST I'm not the only one with this problem. must be a sling bug for sure. They didn't do well the roll out of the firmware. I've tried at least 7/8 reset of the slingbox and router and nothing.
Karen and Matt can you check this out and answer my question about the error code 10003 as well.
