Sorry to hear you're having issues with connecting to your Slingbox Solo. Is it the administrator password that it keeps asking you to enter? If so, how long did you hold your reset button down for? Usually a hard reset (holding the reset button down for 30 seconds) will resolve this issue. However, when a hard reset is performed, you will have to go to setup.slingbox.com to reconfigure your Slingbox. If you have not done a hard reset, give that a try.
