Is the message you're getting asking you for your admin password and states that it is incorrect every time you attempt to put in what you believed was the password? If so, hard resetting your Slingbox usually resolves this error. You can perform a hard reset by holding your reset button down on the back of the Slingbox for 30 seconds. Once completed and you have both a solid network and power light, you will then need to reconfigure your Slingbox at setup.slingbox.com.
