    Audio missing

      I Just switched to a new cable box and I no longer get audio.

          Hello gmnihan,

           

          I'm sorry to hear that you switched cable boxes and are no longer receiving audio. Have you tried another set of red and white audio cables and made sure that they are properly connected to outputs from the cable box and inputs on the Slingbox? Is the issue occurring on more than one device?
