      Connections are good, and hardwired to internet. Unable to get video

          More information would be great..... How about can you view it locally? Do you know the ip address of you sling box? do you know what port your sling box is using? you do port forwarding? Things like that.... The connection to the router and to the Internet are one thing connection from the Internet to the router and from the router to the sling box is just important. If you can not connect on a port like 5100 or what ever you set it up to you to your sling box then you will not be able to use it when you are not at your house...
