    Software Update Problem


      My SB SOLO  was working fine, then one day  I went to turn it on and was informed that I needed to update SB software, it was successful, I then attempted to watch and I was told to reload the software. I reloaded again, same pop up screen, tried again and again I called customer support and received no info other than to pay $29.99. Any thoughts on how to fix this? Is it me, or is it everytime SB issues new update problems follow?
