    All lights on solid, reseted, rebooted, no help from tech. services.

      All my lights on solid. did everything 10x per support, no help from tech services. Not sure if sling box even works. sat for a year not used, worked great before. Tried differnt routers and computers, still nothing. Anyway to tell if sling box works?

          Thanks for using our answers forum! I do apologize for any inconvenience you're experiencing with your Slingbox. It's hard to say what the problem could be without some additional information here. So, you said the power and network lights are both lit up? What exactly happens when you go to Setup on Slingbox.com? Are the Slingbox and the PC or MAC directly connected to the router via ethernet?
