      Sick and tired of looking for support - an email or a phone number after buying this piece of equipment. Have tried several times to gift the Slingplayer iPad app to a few people but can't. Slingbox please be responsible and employ / deploy people to speak with people who are stuck. You're not exactly Microsoft or Google. Wake up.

          First off I want to welcome you to our on line forums. What I am getting from your post is that you're unable to gift the SlingPlayer application for iPad. Is that your only issue?  If so, you will want to contact Apple support in regards to that, as that would fall under their policies.
