      It keeps freezing after I try to watch it on my computer. Any reasons why?

          Hello mannnp,

           

          Thanks for participating in our online forum community here! I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue where your video is freezing while viewing your Slingbox on Watch on Slingbox.com. The first thing that I would check would be the connection between the Slingbox and the router. Is the Slingbox hardwired to the router (via ethernet cable) or are you using a wireless bridge or powerline adapter? Also, you may want to check your bandwidth or network speed (you can run a test right at speedtest.net). Have you tried adjusting the video quality within Watch on Slingbox.com to either auto or minimum? If you'r speeds are slow or intermitten, this may resolve the issue.
