Thanks for reaching out to us here! I'm sorry to hear that you're not able to connect to your Slingbox with your iPad. What model of Slingbox are you trying to connect to? I am showing a Slingbox PRO on your account and this model is not compatible with SlingPlayer for iPad. Beyond that, have you checked your network speeds, both at the Slingbox home location and from your remote location?
