I am experiencing problems with the remote viewing. I have zero problems with both the mobile and laptop while i am in my home network. when i get to the office i can view for about 30 seconds and then it stops. i can however watch remotely from free wifi hotspots with no problems(optimum,mcdonalds, etc) i have manually set my router correctly with port forwarding in the 5001 range. Any help out there? Thanks in advance
Sounds to me like the admininstrators of the internet service in your office have installed some bandwidth traffic monitors and are blocking/disconnecting connections that use large amounts of bandwidth for extended periods. Video downloads typically use lots of bandwidth -- audio-only downloads not so much.
