Possible causes are:
-It could be in the middle of an update
-It could be turned off
-It may have a local network issue
-It may not be able to connect to our backend services

I have both lights on steady and have reset it at home(momentary push of reset button) Have not reset my router(which is delivering WIFI fine) and then the unplug/plug the power cord on Sling. Also considering a long reset of the box. Any ideas???? Was working fine afew days ago.....
