    My Slingbox M1 to Chromecast connection keeps on dropping


      I have fiber network both in the slingbox M1 sending end and in the chromecast receiving end. But my ISP's seems to have fun with blocking certain port so I had to change default port. Could it be that the ISP could have interest in making streaming ports unstable? Because I can stream from TV apps and YouTube apps to my Chromecast (gen. 2) all day without any breaks. But Slingbox to chromecast drops connection sometime between 15 to 30 minutes. Is there a recommended optional port you could suggest when port 5000 is no-go for my fiber ISP?


      I would love to have some kind of statistics to prove my point and to hold the ISP responsible for. Do you have anything that can be used to collect network statistics?
