Thanks for using our answers forum! I'm sorry to hear that you're having a video quality issue when viewing your Slingbox. Are you using component connections? The first thing that I would check since you are not getting any red hue would be the cabling and the connections of the cables. Usually if there is a particular issue with red, green or blue coloring it has something to do with the connections or the cables themselves.
